Split Accommodation Znjan is located on the second story of an apartment building, only 100 m from the beach. It is 45 m2 in size, with large 45 m2 terrace and a small balcony 6 m2. Considering the view from the terrace and the proximity of the sea, it’s ideal for enjoying the warm summer days. On the terrace there’s a table for four, and a large sunshade. The apartment is suitable for two to four guests. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa. The living room and kitchen are combined in one room, which is divided by the terrace enterance. The living room has a sofa and TV, and leads to the small balcony on the west side of the building. In the kitchen you’ll find a refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, and a table for four. The accommodation apartment is comfortable and air conditioned. The bathroom has toilet, shower and a washing mashine.

Split Accommodation Znjan is situated in the Znjan neighborhood on the south-east side of town. Znjan is a newer district of Split, which streatches along the shore, from Zenta to Duilovo bay. It is popular due to abundance of beaches and quiet atmosphere. It is a favorable summer destination for swimming, sports and recreation. During the summer, Znjan offers tournaments in beach volleyball and many other recreational activities. On the western side of Znjan, you can find cafes, sports and entertainment facilities along the beach, and a large supermarket in the residential area. Znjan is also famous for the visit of Pope John Paul II, when pilgrims from all of Croatia came to Split to meet the holly father.

We hade a very nice time in the apartment. I thougt that I should try to get a revue into Tripadvisor and have written a few words about the apartment. Tripadvisor has some criterias that must be fullfilled, so I don´t yet know if they will take it in. But You are free to use whatever You like of that I have written.

I and my wife went to Split in may 2010. We had rented an apartment by http://www.komforapartmani-split.com/ The name of the apartment is “Split Apartment Znjan” It is located at the beach about 3 km east of Split center. The owner, Mr Kusic, picked us up at the bus station. He was a very nice person that spoke english very well. He had erlier had a permanent tenant. We were the first tourists that rented the apartment. In the apartment we also met Mrs Kusic and the director of “Comfortable Apartments Split” Mr Ivica Jercic. They were all very nice and helpful.

Our apartment was situated on the third floor in a rather new building just by the sea. It was very clean and nice decorated. From the fantastic, very private terrace (45 sqm), we had a awesome view over the ocean, the island Brac and the beach. We spent 6 nights in the apartment. It was very quiet. We had no disturbance at all. 200 m from the apartment was a bus stop and a supermarket. Every day we took a stroll along the boardwalk to the towncenter. Along the boardwalk were many bars and restaurants.

We can really recommend this very affordable apartment. Split is a nice holiday city. Perfect for excursions with boats or ferries to the islands. There is also much to see in the city itself.

Of course, our stay in Split was pleasant and nice, as were our previous vacations here. We were pleased with our accomodation, everything was exactly as you said, and showed us on your website. I’m sorry I didn’t have time for coffe, but I would like to make up for that to you and Mate some other time.

I’m just on my way to work, so I don’t have much time, but I will visit your site and leave few more words about my stay.

accommodation-quotationThe apartment has an amazing view on the sea from a large private terrace. A five minute walk takes you to the nearest supermarket and a busstop to the city center. The apartment is a bit noisy because of thin walls, but it did not bother us much. The accomodation was good and we had everything we needed.

The owners were very nice and helpful. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 12 days and we had a great time. During our stay we often went to the sea to swim (3 min. walk) and to do some sunbathing, or we went to the center of Split. The city center is impressive and has a lot to offer; restaurants, bars, museums, scooter and rental etc. From there it is also very easy to take a ferry to visit one of the many islands.

We really recommend this apartment. And if you stay for a long time, I’ll advise to rent a car or take your own car. Although spending most days at the beach was very relaxing for us, we regret we could not visit all the other nice spots in Croatia; we came by plane and all cars were rented out during our stay.
