Split Accommodation Vintage is located on the second floor of a historic building on Matejuska. The apartment is 60 m2 in size, with two bedrooms, and it can accommodate four people. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the smaller bedroom has a bed for one person. The center point of apartment Vintage is certainly the comfortable living room with sofa bed and television, from which you can enter all other rooms. The kitchen is separated from the living room and is equipped with oven, fridge and basic household necessities. The bathroom and toilet are in two separate rooms. The toilet is accessed from the lobby, and the bathroom has two entrances – one from the large bedroom, and other from the living room.

The balcony is accessed from the smaller bedroom, and it offers a view over the roofs of the traditional Mediterranean houses, all the way to hill Marjan. The apartment is air conditioned, although you will rarely need it, since the old stone walls of the building provide excellent protection from summer heat.

Split Accommodation Vintage is positioned ideally, which allows you instant access to the old town and all the historical attractions of Split. The Riva is only a minute away, and the apartment itself is situated on the old fishing port Matejuska, which has long been a favourite promenade in Split. Matejuska has recently been remodeled, and today it represents an idyllic stroll among the flowers, trees and boats. Around Matejuska, you’ll also find several authentic taverns and cafes, and the park Sustipan, ACI Marina and Marjan hill are only 10-15 minutes away.
