Split Accommodation Milka is located in the historic house Deskovic in the city center. Deskovic house is situated at the bottom of the Riva, right beside the church of St. Francis. Apartment Milka is 55m2 in size. It has three bedrooms and a dining room with kitchen. The first of three bedrooms has a double bed and an armchair bed, the second and third have two single beds each. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, oven, stove and all needed kitchen utensils. The dining room has a table for four.

Split Accommodation Milka is situated at a unique location, with a view of Riva and the sea. The Deskovic house, also known as the Bajamonti house from the 18th century is considered to be a architectural monument of neoclassic period and as such is a protected monument.

East of the accommodation is Riva, along which you can enter the Diocletian’s palace basement through the Brass gates. North is the Prokurative square – the scene of cultural events and concerts in Split. Right besides apartment Milka is the church of St. Francis, and further south is the fishing harbor Matejuska with its charming park. Matejuska is the gathering place of local fisherman, and its park is a wonderful place to relax and take a look of the Riva from another perspective.
